HI All
I would like to know if there is an editor that allows you to work not
only horizontaly but also verticaly to edit ascii arts.  if such editor
exist, can someone mail it to me, or tell me what is the naem of it and 
on what ftp site i can find it.

The answer to any question which starts out, "Is there an editor that
will let me..."

 is "YES! it's called Emacs!"

Actually, QEDIT works quite well in that regard, as well.
Shareware, found in most text editor file areas...
