found them...  Daniel Au had kept them archived...
In his last update (and move) of his site, he
no longer has them...  HOWEVER..
they are still on the net at:

I'll add them.. but keep in mind that Daniel Au's email

If anyone else would like to make an NSL, here's how.  When you're done, send
me a copy (dca...@nwu.edu) so I can include it in the list!

Anyone else who is interested in making one, please try -- it's not too
difficult and it's fun just to be able to "see" what types of people frequent
these ascii groups!  I've included the template below:

        Sorry to inform you, by not turning off MIME, using lines
longer than 72 characters per line and posting HTML in a Usenet 
newsgroup, you have failed the Internet Drivers Test, better luck
