Call for evidence

This is a repost to make sure that everyone on aaa sees this, and such that I
can say like the priest at the wedding ceremony: "Speak up now or forever hold
your peace!"  :-)))

So everyone here on aaa, please post past 'stein material done by someone else
before I have begun publishing them in January 1997.

This refers particularly to the ascii picture material, naming of the 'stein
characters and storylines. 

It is of utmost importance that you quote _verifyable_ sources on _accessible_
archives or similar, such that everyone here on aaa can verify things for him/herself.

Not necessary Pete!

Simply answer the question " Do you claim to be the originator of 
the Steins? "

If you answer that simple question instead of prevaricating then you 
will go down in the recorded " History of alt.ascii-art ".  

It's up to you to prove your claim, not for other people to prove or 
disprove it.

If someone submits any evidence requiring longer investigations, by all means,
we give it the time it needs.

Well, I am ignoring the insulting tone, I am not prevaricating anything.

Well, it is time to stop blaming your ISP for this kind of repetition. It is
time to start recognizing your own internal problem. Will you be able to write
unbiased annals? I have my doubts.

This is not true. If it were, then every maker of an ascii pic will have to
prove his/her ownership before putting his/her initials on it.

True is, that makers of ascii pics simply put their initials on them, and let
others dispute ownership.

You know this to be the truth deep in your heart, Colin, but you wrote
something else. Again, I have my doubts that you will be able to write
truthful annals.

I still want to go ahead with this call for evidence, if not for you, then for
everyone else here on aaa. Anyone should speak up now if they want to dispute
my claim of ownership.

I thought the "Forever Hold Your Peace" injunction was repeated over
a minimum of 3 separate months prior to the wedding...not one week? *8-)
