Newbie error:
[X]  You did not mention the programs you use.

Almost every editor nowadays has basic commands to
insert, dlete, and replace characters in a file.
Use them!

Then replacing characters in a file with your name and address is easy.
and just a matter of a few changes within a few seconds:
