Are you thinking of a short piece about a minute long in which a condom
wakes up in the gutter and complains about being used and thrown away?
It ends with the condom belching up a wad of semen.  It's clay animation
called "A Common Condom Complaint".  It sounds a bit similar if not the
same piece.
