I read it. It's hangeul, the writing system used for Korean. It's pretty
easy to learn, IMO.

(Note: I can't speak Korean -- I can only read and write it :)

BTW do you know where can I find the list of all hangeul characters and
definitions? I've been searching the net but nothing.

I suppose you could try the Unicode charts web site; Hangeul is at
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/UAC00.pdf (7 MB; all possible hangeul
syllables), at http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U1100.pdf (the
individual letters, separated into initials, medials, and finals;
includes some obsolete letters), and at
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U3130.pdf (only the individual letters
that make up the syllables, including obsolete letters).
