Here's a sparkeler but I got no idea what those things are that pop when
cars run over them. Unless of course you mean those white things that
look like a chocolate chip. But they pop when you throw them into the
street before the cars get to run over them. At any rate, here are a

I couldn't really figure out the scare factor involved in this. "OH GOD SOMETHING JUST WENT -POP- RIGHT NEAR ME! IT WAS ABOUT AS LOUD AS A SODA CAN OPENING! I HOPE IT DIDN'T HURT ANYONE!"
