ANNOUNCE: ASCII ART FAQ now in Web format

   The FAQ is now in Web format.  Before you cauld use the Web to read 
the FAQ, but the FAQ itself had no links in it.  Now it does.  You can 
browse the FAQ, check out examples of ASCII art, Figlet fonts, and go to 
various FTP, Gopher, and WWW sites, Figlet server, ASCII art bazaar, all 
from the FAQ.

   It may have some bugs, so tell me if you find them.  It also probobly 
could have some more links, but that will take time.  I don't know if 
I'll keep doing it.  I'd like to find a good html editor.  That would 
make it easier to maintain.

   You'll notice it is called version ASCII Art Reference 3.8.  That's 
because it's different from the FAQ or resource file, so I wanted it to 
have a different name, but the same version number.

   I hope you like it.

There are a few html editors for MS-Windows at winftp.cica.indiana.edu
or one of its mirrors, I'm not sure of the directory though. The one I use
is HTMLED, but there are a few there if you want to try them out.
