Black on White > White on Black?

Is there a program out there (IBM, Mac, Amiga, or Unix) that will take an ascii picture made with a graphics to ascii convertor (such as gifscii or whatever it's called) and make a negative of it? I have a lot of pictures made for a black-character-on-white-screen that I'd like to convert so they can be properly viewed on a white- character-on-black-screen (like MS-DOS). Thanks, Reg Martin
