I will scan or capture any image in any format that you want for only $1.00 per image. Every tenth image is free. These scans are high quality color (or black and white if you want) scans from photos, video tapes, sketches, or drawings. No job is too large and most are returned the same day they are received. Scanned images can be returned via e-mail, floppy, or CD-ROM (Large orders only). I will not accept Kiddie Porn so dont send it. For video please use VHS format and provide the counter location of the image and a brief description of the image you are requesting from the video. All orders are strictly confidential and returned discretely in the media of your choice. Please complete the form below and return it with your order. ======================================================================= Please scan the enclosed images at $1.00 per image, and return them to the address below. ______________ Number of images ______________ Total cost of images at $1.00/per image Enclosed is: __ Check __ Money Order __ Cash Please return the images via: __ 3.5 IBM Floppy __ Email __ CD-ROM (Orders of $500 or more only) __ Other (Please specify) Name:________________________________ Mailing Address:_______________________________________________________________________ City:______________________________ State:_________ ZIP:_____________________ E-Mail_____________________________________________ Mail Order with cash, check or money order to: JJ Grace Imaging 2743 S.
