LINE: Babylon-5 Logo Ascii Art

I've been looking around for a something fun to draw for a while, but
when I found the Babylon-5 ftp site and got a gif of the logo, I knew what
I had to do.  What follows are too different versions.  First the extra
large, suitable for printing and hanging version.  Second, the smaller,
suitable for putting in a finger file/Login screen/.signature file.
