Weird, when I finger myself i see a cow exploding, so does everyone else 
on my system and some from other systems have been able to too.
dunno why it works for some but not for others.

Well, when I tried it, I got bits of cow, and gibberish, and some sort of
truck-thing, and more gibberish, and then it quit. Are the escape
sequences (I ASSUME they're escape sequences--since I know nothing about
this sort of fancy art-work, I shall expose my newbie-ness) used to run
the animation terminal specific? Or, perhaps, does your system have to be
running some sort of MIME-decoding software?

I know that on some systems, the `finger' command doesn't work. I don't
know enough about Unix to tell you why, but my guess is that there are
some system-specific problems here.
