Map-Line: USA turned upsidedown

Some years back the Co-evolution Quarterly printed a world map
that was turned upsidedown (all the name-labels were inverted).
The idea was that the normal orientation is arbitrary, and assumes
a sort of 'northern superiority' that they wanted to subvert...
