If anyone is interested, I wrote a program that converts 16.7M color bitmap images to html ascii images. Check it out at: www.columbia.edu/~mdb47 The program is completely free to use and distribute. - Mike

Sorry about the confusion. My homepage, unfortunately, only displays correctly with IE 4+. The address of the application is: www.columbia.edu/~mdb47/bmp2html/bmp2html.zip It should work correctly under Win 95/98/2000. A page (created with Microsoft Office) that describes how to use it is: www.columbia.edu/~mdb47/bmp2html/bmp2html.htm Please post further problems with Bmp2Html to here or directly to me (mdb...@columbia.edu). Though, I would also like to hear if anyone gets it to work.
