Longobardian Cross

Longobardian Cross

alt.ascii-art · 1 message · 5 Dec 1997
Maybe some one likes this cross.
It is an old pattern from the longobards.
This is a christian stream from the midle ages
in italy. They said: knots are food for the
angels (they like the beauty of the patterns)
and bind the bad spirits (they folow the strings
in search of an error but never find one).
So their church windows have beautifull knots.
(keep the devel bound in the knots and atract the
angels to fly in and out.
This cross has three separate strings.
