I dont' understand this... Your picture bears little resemblance to Joan's. Why credit her? Or did she do some other picture of these tubby tastard things, that you modified them from? If not, then your's looks like an original, to me. Even if you did use her picture for inspiration... or perspiration... or exclamation... or.....
