Watching MPEG files on Ascii

A friend of mine has found a software who read mpeg files and show them
on Ascii! (I know, it's ridiculous!)
But it runs on Linux. Does someone know if a same soft exists on Windows
?

Maybe you can compile it for Windows.
Do you have the source code?
Try compiling it in Windows.

Not compared to text mode Quake it isn't.
