i've got ascii animation and ascii color graphics and i want to send them
via pine email and have them concatenate automatically when the email is
opened.  how do i do it?

You can't. 
1. What happends when the email is opened just depends on the 
   mail program showing the incoming mail.
2. I don't know any mail program that can handle ANSI control
   codes.

Instead you could remake it in HTML and sent it as an HTML-mail.
Someone using e.g. Netscape 3.0 for mail could see it then.

Still, this is not a really good idea when you are not sure
which mail program is used "on the other side".

Sending pictures, animations, etc. via mail is no good idea
anyway. Use plain Ascii!  :)

I don't know about the rest of the world but my pine doesn't understand
html...
