Hello all,

	I was wondering if anyone can write out "Max Dawa" (in a fancy but 
readable ascii) with a cow and a bike, all to be in about 4-6 lines?

But my actual signature as well as I can write it with a mouse .. and thats
hard work .. created in Jave 2.0 - which I'm testing at the moment ( don't
worry Markus .. tons of suggestions , praise and critisism will be comming
your way )

For thoose that don't know the program : Jave is a ascii-art paintprogram
like Paint or Photoshop only for ascii-art.
Creating images in Jave requires little to no skill at all.
Really awesome images and fine details still require talent and handediting
though, but Jave is a great helper.

I have not receive much feedback for the new release yet :-(

As for my work on JavE I have already fixed a few bugs and implemented a
new feature that will be part of the next release: The "Camelizer". Here
is an example:

Well, that's right: Other programs claimed that long time ago, but for
JavE it's true. And one should also mention that JavE is freeware and it
runs on almost any OS (with support for a Java Runtime Environment -
BTW: don't mix up "Java" and "JavE").

There is no problem, except that "drsquare" loves to start shit. He should
post more pictures and less mouth, but I doubt he has the talent for more
than muckraking.

Hey, drsquare, let's face the truth: Those programs are just _tools_ -
like a brush for the painter or a hammer and a saw for the carpenter.
Ascii-Art is still done by humans. And I am pretty sure you don't draw
your Ascii-Art images with a pencil on a sheet paper, do you?

LOL - What a shame! It seems to me you are not even into Ascii art at
all :-( 
Well, that's ok then: If you don't draw any Ascii Art you will of course

I'm not taking a stance, but there's a funny and always interesting
idiosyncrasy in this group which evolves around the subtle differences and
overlaps between art, and art of skill (I enjoy both in this area).

Well, I've tried it and It didn't do much for me. It did draw the
lines for me but at the end I didn't enp up with a drawing. It was
more like a big mess. The problem was, I think, that I wanted to
reproduce with Jave what I was doing by hand. I'd try something else.

In my experience, Jave doesn't do the art for you ...neither does
Illustrator or any other drawing application.

That doesn't work. I've downloaded JavE now about 40 times and in none of
the packages I found that 'little extra surprise'. Or means 'little' that it
has 0 bytes? What am I doing wrong?
