Sometimes I see these large scale works of yours and wonder why I keep limiting myself to 72 cols wide. I keep seeing a macro scale piece in my head that one day I may start. But then I think it would look too gray scale and loose it's ascii flavor since what I have in mind wouldn't be a line drawing. Maybe one day. They have some very good marcos, line and gray scale work from various folks. To enclude a tutorial on they do thier marcos. Do you remember the cuthulatree ? I haven't any macros other than the ones I create on the fly via emacs which are all for one time use. I have played with artist mode in emacs but never made anything with it. As soon as it gets too big I become dissatisfied with it and move on to something else. Do not have time now, but tuesday i will put it upon the w/p for you the tree is done that way. The best part of it when goto a font size 2 Courier New it clears up and the detail comes thur and still takes up the complete screen lgbeard
