All you've got there is a link to Scarecrows FTP archive which
can be accesed directly :

(Yes, it's Gifscii we are talking about. )
And you don't mention that simple fact either, so it
might look as ... well... :(

Not at all. I have seen it hundreds of times before. The result usually
SUCKS! The only good ascii art program is Figlet:

Well I don't think it's too bad, quite like it really.  Below is my
Logo which is a bull with a rose in its mouth, it is in it's 'raw'
state - ie. pasted straight from the gifascii program via a txt.file.
Yes it needs work, anyone care to see what they can do with it?

Fiddled about with it slightly in gifascii:
1. Inverted
2. Increased contrast until the background disappeared.
