Several,people have made defaced "Mona Lisa"'s including Marcel Duchamp,of Dada fame.....He made one where she had a moustashe and later made another one with out the moustashe and called it "shaved",just to add to the insult!!! |Marcel Duchamp (my favourite artist of the 20th century) did several
|Mona Lisa defacements, including one where he wrote the caption
|"L.H.O.O.Q." underneath an otherwise untouched copy of the painting.
|When this is spoken in French, it sounds the same as "Elle � chaud au
|cul" ("She has a hot pussy").

Have they? I must have missed them. It just irritates me that people can
take a great piece of ASCII Art and deface it with these, mostly
distasteful, comments and captions. Perhaps Tran should try his hand at one
of JRO's Add a Caption Competitions, after all that *is* what those pictures
are for.
As for letting it go, well we'll see.
