Request information on shrinking a pic

Hello i made a ascii pic and it looks ok but it's too big, How do i shrink it?

If it's done my hand the easiest way is probably to do it again. If you used a conversion program like pgmtoascii, you could convert it to a picture with asciitopgm, then shrink the picture and reconvert it.
