Rec.arts.ascii Administrative notes & Request Digest 07/15/96

I'd like to thank Bob Allison for doing such at great job moderating this
group over the years and wish him nothing but the best in his new endeavors.

I'd also like to welcome Allen Mullen as Co-Moderator of rec.arts.ascii and 
covering for me during the Fourth of July week.

Starting today, all requests will be put into a digest format posted two
or three times a week, depending on demand.

BTW, I understand netcom is having problems again, so I am reposting last
weeks posts again.

lizards?  Despite the subject line, I am *not* looking for renderings of
the Speaker of the House. :)

like... :(
