following ought to catch most variations of this kind:

Subject: [Mm][^A-Za-z]*[Oo][^A-Za-z]*[Nn][^A-Za-z]*[Ee][^A-Za-z]*[Yy][^A-Za-z]*[Ff][^A-Za-z]*[Aa][^A-Za-z]*[Ss][^A-Za-z]*[Tt]

That should match "money fast" as well as "m.on.ey. .fas.t" and even
"*M*O*N*E*Y* *F*A*S*T*" and "mOneY_fASt".
