Anyone know where i can get a half decent Ascii art programme or plugin (for photoshop CS) for Mac OSX (10.4) the only (non-Windows) ones ive found are ultra basic with no real controls very frustrating !!

You can draw ASCII art in any text editor. The computer can't do it for you. But it's a fine FINE program that allows predigitalized/ prebinarized images to be photoAsciiized... with a randomized grey scale so that the same amount of grey pixelation doesn't reoccur over and over again... this randomization process creates an additioinal layer of 'noise' that genuinely enhances the underlying detail...??? It's written in Java so it's multi-platform. I've never tried it on a Mac but it sound run just as well as it does on Windows and Linux.
