Okay. I'm new to the group, so I have some newbie questions.

[1] Where can I get a copy of the FAQ? I've followed URLS to some ftp
sites like rtfm.mit.edu, and the directory I get seems to be
empty...
[2] Does anybody have a nice picture of a dragon I could use for my
.sig?

Also, I recently made my first pictures (today and yesterday, in fact).
They are rather large, so they will be in a reply to this post.

This is my first "serious" attempt (that meaning w/shading and such)...
I don't think it's very good, so tips and such would be greatly
appreciated...

The FAQ is posted regularly to this list.. you could wait a day
and look for it.. or visit one of the sites that it is stored at:
Mine is one such site:
http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/7373/faq.htm

There were a number of smaller dragons just recently posted
on this list... you might want to try searching dejanews...

I *do* think it's good. The use of stars and bottomless seas is too
wonderful.

(I have to admit though that it's a little difficult to read the word
"infinity" but it _can_ be seen.)

Thanks. :) I thought that the infinity sign was a bit skewed, but I
guess it's just my imagination *peers at the pic*...

Tried it in 8s, Hs, %s, and :s, they were too strong for the graphic.
