Just coild not restrain myself...
Changing just 10 letters in two lines of the Tyler W. Brooks
signature turns it into the Russian coat of arms ;)

I could not determine, whether it (he?) should wear
the 3 crowns on 2 heads, as it used to have 100 years
ago (one of them was Polish one) or is that eagle
a democrat?
