Science Fiction Art & Design Contest

It's spring and we're launching a new contest at the Scriptorium. This
one is a little different, but I think it will be a lot of fun and accessible to
experts and novices alike.
We started out with an idea for a font of 1950s-style Sci-Fi dingbats --
rocketships, flying saucers, shooting stars, etc. But we got lost
halfway through the project and there are all these blank spaces that need
to be filled.
Thus, a contest was born. The idea is to complete the Ad Astra font by
adding unique characters by a variety of different designers, with prizes
going to those whose designs are selected.
To download the current version of Ad Astra and get all the details on the
contest stop by the special contest web page at --
