Does anyone know who did this?

I was out of my mind (so what else is new?) and decided to animate Mr.
ASCII-head again.

BTW, I recommend that all peeps who are using Win95 Notepad for ascii go
to www.textpad.com and download the best text editor I have found for
Win95! (It does rectangular cutnpaste and typeover mode, and has the
option to not restrict the cursor to line ends, and loads more, and it can
be set to autostrip sapces from ends of lines!)

EditPad  ( http://www.tornado.be/~johnfg/editpad.html ) has a much more
attractive price. And it is really great. I believe it does all that you
said except perhaps the autostripping of spaces from ends of lines.
EditPad also has a replace function for all or selected characters (very
valuable).
