How do i do it for OutLook Express?

Save it as a .txt file somewhere in your hard disk. Then, in Oulook Express
go to "Tools" > "Stationery..." and click on "Signature...". There, you can
either configure OE to get the sig from the file you saved or you can also
copy + past the sig to the little text box.
