Help with sig please! And hello all!

Hi everyone, I've been lurking around this group for a while (and
loving the awesome art), and I finally decided to put together a sig
file for myself.  I found the dragon picture in a spying on the wall
dictionary on the internet and I have no clue who drew it.  I wrote
the author of the dictionary and got no response (maybe an old e-mail
address or something).  Below is the sig I wish to use.  It's not
violating any copyrights or anything is it?  Also, is any ascii on the
internet with no author allowed to be used freely by anyone?  Thanks
for any help!

The name should be Ray W. instead of Darkhawk.  Whoops, I was fooling
around in the group properties tab and accidentally changed the wrong
one *blush* sorry about that :)

It's nice to acknowledge the source if you can discover it;
if not then fair enough. Ascii-art is for fun:  people don't
get heavy about copyrights etc.

Thanks for all the response, both e-mail and news.  I have found the
author (I think) to be Cortney Henderson.  Now all that is left is for
me to find him, as the e-mail address in his picture didn't get a
response.  Here is his original picture I found on the 'net:
