How do I subscribe to ascii art?

 It is not a mailing list, but a newsgroup.  Therefore, you do
whatever adds a subscibed newsgroup on your newsreader---

On my newsreader, which is not MSIN, the keystrokes are
File | Configure | Newsgroups | subscribe, fill in the name 
of the newsgroup (alt.ascii-art) and press apply, fill in
some other details about how long to keep before expire,
and hey presto.
