Line-Talk: Pirate

I had previously posted a request for a pirate. One kind soul responded;
however, no offense, his pirate just wasn't good. He said he received it
originally as a prank. Thus I used pico and tried to do my best pirate.
If you are wondering what it is for I'll tell you. It's supposed to be
the picture of my old high schools mascot. We had just recently won the
class 4A state championship this year, and we won 5A last year. In honor
of the event I wanted to make a .sig. The word BUCS in the hat didn't
come out right. Originally the hat was formes by the letters
themselves. I was somewhat satisfied w/ the rest of my pirate though.
But before I complete my .sig I am posting the pirate only. I would like
some oppinions of it, as well as any improvements that one can make.
Now w/out futher delay..Here's my first ASCII piece, entitled BUCS PIRATE:
