Hi, fellow ascii animation fans, 

I have a problem using the animations in the .plan file.. it just spits 
out the ascii chars and it don't seem to do a cat.. 

Any1 have a solution to this problem?

What shell are you in? I havent pinned it down yet but I did notice that 
my ansi .plan worked fine when I was in BASH (Bourne Again SHell a SH 
improvement) but when the system-lord here shifted all the users to TCSH 
(a Turbo C-SHell) then my ansi all went away. 

I'm thinking that I may have to change my ANSI codes to a more 'C' format.

Our site is running Multinet on a vax and that version of Finger simply does
not support ANSI. If that is true of your site then you are out of luck.
*Sigh!* I had such a nice plan with reversed type and flashing stars....
