Saluton,

I am not familiar with Windows software, but I was asked to enter a
signature for someone in Outlook. I am sure someone here might tell me
where (what menu item) to look.

P.S.: I truely admire some of the great stuff you make - especially

Tools /  options / mail format tab /

click signature near the bottom

Probably every version is different a little bit
 but tool /  options will probably remain the same.
