Request: Symbol

I need an ascii version of that symbol you always used to get on old
karate computer games?  I don't know what it's called, it is cirular and
black and white, and consists of two parts curled together, one black one
white - Often used as a way of scoring in these martial art games.

Any ideas anyone?

Are you trying to say "yin & yang" ??? Because I believe that's what you
are describing...
