IRC "pirated" art (Warning: Contains non-ascii chars)

After looking through this huge folder i have of ascii art, I'm seeing
a lot of familiar work. I used to be a big "script kiddie" on irc, and
many scripts had these ascii texts. One that come to mind is ShowDown
pro...the "authors" of this script removed all the initials from the
ascii-artist and replaced it.

For example:

Why I can't understand, except maybe to advertise their "lameness" A
lot of good work has been "colored" and left intact with initials,
three little initials don't harm anything...
