Hi All, Someone wanted a program like this a long time ago. On the off
chance they are still in the group, I found it it today.

ESig is designed to change signature files for most
Internet e-mail clients that uses an ASCII file for the
signature. Know to work with Eudora, Eudora Pro, Netscape,
Agent, News Xpress, Pegasus, and some others. Includes an
Editor to create/modify signatures and a sample signature
file.  See the DBS Home Page for More Details.
Shareware, $7.00.

System Requirements:
Windows 3.x or higher, 4 meg

Outrageous. Not the Windows only program, but using the phrase "most Internet
e-mail clients".
