A *different* puzzle.

Here's a new puzzle i did.
This one is different because it forms an actual object, with the percent
symbols forming a design.
It might be hard to make out what the object is supposed to be, with all the
peices sides in it.
Hint: This object helps to save lives, yet is possibly one of the most annoying
things there are.
It shouldn't be too hard, as the peices are mostly long and skinny.

Yeah... I was using Notepad to cut out the peices, and it doesn't have this block mode thing that some other programs have... I never thought about sdm that way...
