[REQ] Superscripts in ASCII

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to produce a superscript '3' under windows? To get superscript '2' you type 'Alt' 253, but I can't find a superscript '3' in any ASCII table. If you know of one, can you mail me please? Many thanks, Aliy
