Travelling expenses will be payed by the buyer. Each part sold must
contain a minimum of: 5,00 bottles of 100 years old (Ten percent),
10,000 bottles of 50 years old (Twenty percent) and 36,000 bottles of =

20 years old (Thirty percent) .
Packaging:
Boxes of 12 bottles of  70 centilitre of  40=B0 vol.
Terms of payment:
The invoice for each purchase will be payed before taging away the
merchandise by a certified bank cheque or for by bank swift transfer, as
soon as the seller=92s bank  confirms the irrevocable payment credit
confirming the good clear and clean non criminal origin of the buyer=92s
funds.
TERMS OF SALE
1- The seller certifies to the buyer the cognac=92s quality and the
packaging international standards of manufacture; the seller  certifies
his full ownership of this merchandise without any reserve or
limitation. The seller certifies that this merchandise is free of any
lien and cannot be seized.
2- When  the cognac batches will be presented, two samples of each will
be given to potential buyers. The buyer will be authorized to come with
his own expert, payed by him, to verify the origin, quality,  packaging,
housing and the age of the cognac to be sold. The buyer is authorized to
make and pay any analysis he may want to do.
3- The sold merchandise will be identified between the conclusion of the
sale and the collection of it trough samples taken by the buyer or his
mandate.
4- At the time of collection, the sold merchandise will be recognized.
5- The collection will be done and payed by the buyers, at their own
risk.

PAYMENT
Cognac sale may be done in one or more transactions by one or more
buyers, within a maximum period of six months after sending an
irrevocable sales agreement addressed to:
