Sig Problems

OK... I think I've found the perfect sig... but how do I use it? I can't find a single "signature" option in Microsoft Outlook Express (Which came with Internet Explorer 4.01)! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Chris Fazio faz...@mediaone.net

You have to go up to Tools, Stationary, and then click on the Signature button. You can have it be a normal text message or a file attachment. You can also have it automatically add it to all your e-mails by clicking on "Add this signature to all outgoing messages" or just add it manually by going to Insert, Signature. For some odd reason, however, I don't think you can insert it into a news group posting. You have to manually copy and paste it like I did. By the way, could anybody help me with the symbol on the right side of my sig. They're runes from J.R.R. Tolkien's stories. The one on the right is a G (it's also used as a symbol by Gandalf) and the one on the right's an L. In order to make a sig available for newsgroup posts, you have to click on
the "News" tab in the Sationery dialog box. You can then select a different
(or the same, as you prefer) sig for your newsgroup messages.

I once came by a small program by M$ (came with ResKit98 I think) that sits in your systray, and when you click it, it puts something into your clipboard. You can put many different entries in it, and it seemed quite easy to use.
