I'm searching for some (small) ASCII-art's which can be viewed with a
proportional font. "MS Sans Serif" ( ...a lot of characters with
identically char.-metrics) would be perfect, but I'm interested in other
fonts too.
There have been some postings here with prop. fonts, but I haven't saved
them. Please send me a mail with the files (posting as reply is possibly
not welcome).
The reason: Most browser allow to display hint's (alt="...") and they use
a proportional font. IE can display hints with multiple lines and it is
possible to display ASCII-art. In NN it works too, but I don't know how
to make a "NL". Possibly someone knows ...

You don't know what proportional font a specific user might get (and ascii art made for one particular proportional font may not look right in another proportional font). In Lynx you would most likely get a monospaced font. 3. (not to mention the mythical Browser X?) Why turn a lot of people away when there are good ways to show ascii art on the web that work for "everybody"? I don't know why some people attack me in last time. The reason couldn't be my HTML experiments, a wrong link, ... Possibly you found the courage to tell me the real one. Someone wrote that I should be damned from this group and possibly this is a good idea. I don't want to spend my leisure time in group where I'm not welcome.
