HELLO ..I AM NEW ...AND ON WEBTV...ARE YOU ABLE TO SEE MY DRAWING THAT I BORROWED.... I DONT HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF SETTING FONTS...I HAVE TO WORK WITH WHAT THE WEBTV GIVES ME...WHICH IS NOT UNIFORM.... BUT AM INTERESTED TO SEE IF YOU CAN SEE THIS AS A DRAWING... Webtv's suck for lots of reasons,and honestly you would get a better deal on an old pentium system that what you paid for the webtv i am sure.But if you ARE gonna use a webtv the least you can do is read lots of documents called FAQs(Frequently Asked Questions),they explain the caveats and protocall for many things. That will definitely fail any attempt at Ascii Art. So switch it from HTML to Ascii, for one. How to do this I do not know, I have never seen an WebTV. Totally unreadable. BTW: if someone else managed to see any thing, that was due to them using computers which attempt to interpret what comes from the net. My old box here simply dumps everything unchanged onto my screen, which is the way Usenet is supposed to work. And given that your text will be read by _many_ others it is inconsiderate to force all caps on them. Particularlly as it will not make their posts (the majority of what you will be reading) appear in caps on your screen. If you need caps because of eye sight problems then you should be using an computer that can automatically convert everything to caps or one with an big screen.
