Well, in one of my unpredictable fits of boredom, I played "Commander Keen"
1-3 and wrote down all the letters of the Galactic Alphabet (with the
exception of F, G, J, Q, and Z. I couldn't find 'em).  A few days later, (in
another unpredictable fit of boredom) I turned all the letters into a neato
ASCII alphabet.  Here it is...

I used Notepad to make it, and it doesn't seem to look to good in Courier New.
(The tilde (~) is too close to the middle.)  Oh well.
