looking for svg --> ascii converter?

if i have a SVG image, is there a convienent way to convert it to pretty
ascii art?

in particular, i have an image of the BOFH-phone
(http://www.sodipodi.com/gallery/twb/logo_bofh-simple.svg) that would look
amazing as the login text to my server.

suggestions welcome.

If you run Linux you probibly have 'convert' instealled as part of
ImageMagick.  

$ convert logo_bofh-simple.svg logo_bofh-simple.gif
$ image2ascii -geometry 30x40 logo_bofh-simple.gif
