Environmentally conscious ?

Hi !!

I am the president of the Environmental Health Club of my university. We
now have e-mail and homepage, but I was trying to draw a sig for the
club's email and couldn't get anywhere...

The name of the club is Western Carolina Environmental Health Club, or WCU
Environmental Health Club, or EHC, whichever you prefer... 

The thing I was trying to draw are the interlocking 3 arrows of recycling.

Someone posted a sig (someone? somewhere?) with a fish in it, I flipped
the fish upside down, and floated it at the top of the tank, here it is;
