I have a question.
I want to post my utility Ascii Pics into a newsgroup. Now, I don't know
whether to post it into alt.ascii-art or rec.art.ascii or if there is a
newsgroup that deals with ascii programs.

Can anybody mail me to say where I should post it?

   Sock it to us.  You can cross-post to both the above mentioned groups, 
and give your utility a wide coverage of readers.
