Figlet

	Anyone have a manual for figlet...I have heard that it has many
"fonts" and have actually seen a few, but I don't have the info on it.

Oh, yeah, one more thing about figlet.

The e-mail list server advertised on the figlet www home page doesn't seem to 
recognise the figlet group.

Here's my new .sig with my home-brew ASCII art 3.5" floppy.

  figlet -f <font> > output.file
                   ^redirect to a file :)

Try 

figlet HI | wall 

  for some real fun  :)

I tried the server, but not the program I have...My figlet cant change
fonts..does anyone know why?

Because ASCII art and FIGlet are created for  fixed-width fonts.  period.
If you are looking for something to be used internally (on AOL)--
then you'll need to look for it on AOL, not on the internet.
The text-based art that you'll find on the internet is not
proportional.  In order to assure an image that can be seen universally,
the fixed-pitch fonts are used.
